Retired Army Gen. Tommy Franks says King Abdullah II of Jordan is scheduled to speak to students at an international leadership and debate camp this summer.

Franks announced Thursday that Abdullah is expected to speak to students at the "I Debate" conference July 12-17 at Oklahoma Christian University.

The five-day leadership development and debate camp will feature 48 top high school students from 30 states, as well as students from other countries.

Debate topics will include Social Security and Medicare.
