Rolling out the New Road Show
Did you hear? Our mobile classroom and road show has received improvements and upgrades! The traveling classroom and road show, or the mobile museum, is designed to enrich the learning experience for students, children and adults. The road show travels to schools for tours and educational discussions based on curriculum that meets the Oklahoma PASS requirements for 6th and 7th grade Social Studies. This distinct program encourages critical thinking and discussion by providing students with a new and exciting educational opportunity outside of the traditional classroom setting. Improvements include enhanced automation of images, maps and videos in interactive exhibits which will provide for a new and engaging experience inside the mobile classroom. Also, aesthetic improvements were made to the trailer including new display cases, fixtures and hardware. Road show exhibits include cultural, social and geographical artifacts and history from 24 countries in the Middle East and Africa. See one-of-a-kind handcrafted items, children’s toys, ceremonial items and more in this free traveling exhibit. Book the improved road show for your classroom starting Jan. 1, 2016! Please call (580) 726-5900, or book online. The Road Show is also available for your local event or festival. Please call (580) 726-5900 for pricing and details. |
