A minimum of 60 linear feet of display space is needed for the exhibition. You must provide 6-foot table for sign-in book, exhibition documents, etc.
Cancellations within 30 days of event will receive no refund of deposit. GTFLIM will make reasonable effort to reschedule event if deposit is held. The standard fee for booking is $800. A $100 deposit will be due within 10 days of confirmation to lock your dates on the booking calendar. The remaining balance is due at time of set-up.
